AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE

Standard Research/Pro checkout requires acceptance of the current Terms, Software License and applicable Research or Commercial licence version. Production checkout remains blocked while those documents are draft/review-required.
Privacy is disclosure, not coerced consent.
The Privacy, Cookie and Refund documents are disclosed/versioned separately rather than being falsely treated as blanket consent. The final legal bases and cookie-consent design must match the deployed system.
IP BOUNDARY
Negotiated rights stay separate.
Enterprise/OEM/Exclusive/source/IP arrangements cannot be accepted through ordinary checkout.
Explicit written grant required
Source access, OEM rights, exclusivity, sublicensing and IP transfer remain outside automatic catalogue fulfilment and require a separate negotiated agreement.
